Ulrich has almost a decade of professional experience in M&A and private equity which he gained through working as a W&I underwriter, and in his previous roles as a senior lawyer in the Munich office of Eversheds Sutherland and with a boutique law firm in Mannheim. He is fully qualified in Germany and Spain, being admitted to the bar in Munich as in-house lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwalt) and to the bar in Madrid. Ulrich holds a Magister Iuris from Heidelberg University, and a multi-disciplinary Bachelor of Laws in business law and economics. He speaks German, English and Spanish. Ulrich joined Ryan Transactional Risk in April 2021.
